Cooling Tower Upgrade

• Decommission and remove from service 2 x base building cooling towers rated at 3700kw
• Supply and install 2 x new Baltimore Aircoil Stainless Steel cooling towers rated at 3370kw
• Decommission and remove the existing tenants condenser water pumps
• Supply and installation of condenser water pumps and reconfiguration of the exisiting pipework to
• Modifications to the steel pipework system on the cooling towers to suit the new arrangement
• Installation of variable speed drives to pumps and fan motors
• Upgrade controls and electrical wiring to suit the new arrangements
• Supply and installation of all high and low level galvanised steel access platform structures
• Design and installation of rigging structures and building works.
