Scope of work

• Upgrade to occupied floors
• New entrance lobby and retail area
• New End of Trip Facility
• New dedicated heat pump system to serve the above areas
• New central plant including
• 2 x Quantum water cooled chillers installed
• 6 x BAC cooling towers installed
• 2 x GJ Walker air handling units installed L14
• New CHW, CW, HHW and TCW pumps
• New heating water systems inclusive of 3 x new boilers, fully new reticulation systems, risers & piping insulation
• New heating coils to the existing AHU’s
• Provide Electrical, switchboards and VSDs
• Provide complete BMCS by Siemens Controls
