Central Chilled Water Plant Upgrade

• Demolition and removal of the complete chilled water plant from the roof being level 28 of the Stamford Marque Apartments
• Design & Build a complete new chilled water plant in a very confined space
• 11 x AERMEC chiller modules delivered to the roof
• Complete new steel chiller platforms with inertia springs to ensure no noise to the level 27 apartment below
• The modules were built into 2 banks of
• Chiller No.1 containing 6 modules
• Chiller No.2 containing 5 modules
• New Grundfoss chilled water pumps
• Upgrade the electrical switchboard
• Provide complete BMCS for the new chiller plant
