Air Conditioning – Central Plant Upgrade

• Convert base building air-conditioning from local water cooled packaged systems to central chilled water plant with local chilled water fan coil
• Installation of 1 x 600kw Power Pax
• Installation of 1 x 300kw Power Pax
• Installation of complete chilled and condenser water pipework system including CH/W risers throughout 9 levels.
• Installation of associated pumps header tanks and dosing system etc.
